Through my own personal journey of having experienced a variety of emotional ailments and wanting to understand deeply the human condition, I felt that the experiential learning had been done so decided to study modalities of therapy to which I felt were the most effective.                                                                                                                                       I first studied with the Quest Institute in Regents College and then with hypnotherapist, Gil Boyne in the United States and In England. Further studies where taken in Counselling with the Academy of Therapeutic Arts , Psychotherapy with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and EFT with The EFT Centre in London . An interest in energy psychology was awakened while studying EFT which has lead to studies in energy healing with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and continued studies in spirituality and the path of the soul.





My approach is practical, eclectic, and grounded in what works best for the individual by bringing out a person’s current inner resources, strengths and using tried and test techniques that work well. Most importantly I aim to be aware of where a person is coming from and where they want to be. The support and guidance that is provided will  make getting there a less than arduous journey.
