Helping to aid fertility

This approach is from a holistic perspective, looking at the physical, psychological  and environmental apects of life. It is a way in which greater balance can be brought into your mind and body to assist a person in becoming fertile. This is done by acknowledging thoughts, feelings, attitudes, beliefs and values. If an individual has been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, there would be many missing aspects which have not be looked upon and taken into account. A holistic approach would help cover every possible angle.

The Fertile Body Method is a therapeutic framework developed by hypnotherapist  Sjanie Hugo, consisting of six stages of treatment which allows for a variety of therapeutic styles to be used.

Many times we are given information from a source which its information is derived from physical perspective only. The influence of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, values and attitudes are overlooked. It is these ideas that can have a profound effect on a person achieving fertility.

The usefulness of hypnotherapy and EFT for creating a fertile body is great in its application to create balance in the body where stress and trauma have been or are being experienced. In many instances trauma's and negative beliefs of the past can still have an effect on the internal workings of the body which can go unnoticed as we go about our daily lives.

Chemical imbalance is expressed in the body through the unconscious mind byway of it shutting down its creative outlet, the reproductive organs. Although the conscious mind, suppresses the stress with its wonderful safety mechanisms  the inner unconscious mind remains in conflict by shutting down the body with the use of the fight or flight patterns with neurohormonal consequences, such as the release of cortisone or adrenaline that,in turn stresses the physiology of the acupunture and immune system.Tension is created in the muscles with blood taken to the parts that are most associated with the need to protect the body from danger allowing it to be ready to take fight or flight.
Being tense or stressed about anything will put the body in a very low level of fight or flight it will be ever so slightly on guard for any slight threat. The consequences of this are expressed by the body shutting down it's creative out let.

With hypnotherapy and EFT we are able to relax and clear the body to create balance for fertility.
